02The Service

Intervuly.Pro is an AI interview-preparation platform. Its headline feature is the Live Interview Copilot, which listens to a live interview and streams concise, structured answer suggestions on screen in real time. The Service also includes AI mock interviews, instant feedback, and multilingual voice (speech-to-text and text-to-speech).

The Service provides AI-generated suggestions and practice tools. It is an assistant, not a source of guaranteed, correct, or complete answers, and it does not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, or result. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use anything the Service produces.

03Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• You sign in with passwordless authentication (email one-time code, magic link, or Google). Keep access to your email and account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for providing accurate information.
• Notify us promptly at customer.care@zadenor.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

04Responsible use of the Live Copilot

Before and during any live interview, you must:

• Comply with the rules, policies, and instructions of the interviewer, employer, school, testing platform, or proctor for that specific interview or assessment.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including any recording, wiretapping, and consent requirements in your and other participants’ locations.
• Not use the Service to cheat, misrepresent your abilities, breach an agreement (such as an assessment or academic-integrity policy), or gain an unfair or prohibited advantage.
• Obtain any consent required before capturing audio of a live conversation.

The Live Copilot is an assistant intended for preparation and support. You use it at your own risk, and you are responsible for any consequences of using it in a given interview or setting. If a rule, policy, or law prohibits real-time assistance, do not use the Live Copilot in that context. ZadeNor AI is not responsible for your decision to use the Service where it is not permitted.

05Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent usage limits, entitlements, security, or rate-limiting controls.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or resell or share access without our permission.
• Use automated means to abuse the Service or misuse the AI features.

06Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Intervuly.Pro offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Premium plans. Paid plans unlock features such as the Live Interview Copilot for real interviews, unlimited mock interviews, and higher usage limits, as described on our pricing page.

• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as you choose) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account (via the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused capacity.
• We may change prices or plan features; we will give reasonable notice, and changes apply from your next billing period.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and exclude any taxes that may apply.

07Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by ZadeNor AI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as your resume, job descriptions, and prompts). You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

08Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable, or that using the Service will lead to any particular interview or career result. AI output may be wrong or misleading — always use your own judgement.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZadeNor AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or interview or job outcomes, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
